The application “Μουσικές Διαδρομές” / “Music Routes” (“application”) belongs to the State Conservatory of Thessaloniki (“Conservatory”), and its use is subject to the following terms:
Except for explicitly stated exceptions (intellectual property rights of third parties, partners, and institutions), the application includes content that constitutes the intellectual property of the Conservatory. This content includes, but is not limited to, texts, images, audio files and recordings, designs, graphics, videos, software applications, and provided services.
The Conservatory encourages private use of the application’s content for personal information, as well as for educational or research purposes on a non-profit basis. Use within the framework of a business, service, legal entity, organization, or profession does not constitute private use. For educational or research purposes only, reproduction or storage of individual screens or data is permitted, provided that the source is clearly indicated as the “Music Routes” application and the names of the creators are acknowledged (if shown in the application), without in any way infringing the related intellectual property rights.
Users should be aware that some files or data may constitute the intellectual property of third parties (partner institutions, organizations, companies, etc.), and cannot be used without the permission of these third parties.
Strictly prohibited: storage, reproduction, republication, transmission, or distribution of any part of the application’s content for financial, commercial, or any other purpose not covered in paragraph above.
Strictly prohibited: storage, reproduction, republication, transmission, or distribution of registered trademarks or service marks of the Conservatory, as well as trademarks of partner organizations displayed in the application.
The Conservatory states that every effort is made—but without guarantee—that the application’s pages, services, options, and content will be provided without interruption, without errors, and that errors will be corrected.
